Customer Profile:
Vodafone Qatar (VF-QA) is the only globally branded mobile network in Qatar and second mobile total communication provider in that market.


Business Need:
Since Vodafone’s acquisition of a Qatari mobile license in 2008, Vodafone Qatar management decided to outsource most of their operations while maintaining minimum in-house work force to run the business. For a critical business area such as the Business Support Systems (BSS), VF-QA partnered with VIS for their experience and their competent caliber.


The Solution:
